PRIVACY POLICY
We collect, process, and use your data only within the framework of legal regulations.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the use of the websites we provide. It does not apply to the websites of other service providers, which we only refer to via links.
When using our websites, you remain anonymous unless you voluntarily provide us with personal data. Personal data is collected only when necessary for the use of the services offered on the website, in particular via forms.
We will treat the data you provide with the strictest confidentiality. Without your explicit consent, we do not share personal data, unless we are legally obliged to do so. However, please note that during the transmission of data over the Internet, it is always possible that third parties may become aware of or alter your data. Upon your request, we will provide you with access to the data stored about you or delete it. To correct, delete, or access your data, it is sufficient to send a written request to the address provided in the imprint.
As part of notifying our customers about product news, etc., we will only send emails if you have provided us with your email address.
To protect your inquiries submitted via online forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC (Google). The verification serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated processing. This verification includes the transmission of your IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further processed there. However, your IP address is truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other Google data. The different privacy policy of Google applies to these data. For more information, please refer to Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

Spam Google reCAPTCHA
We have implemented Google reCAPTCHA in forms on our website to verify whether the data entered in the forms comes from human visitors or from machines or automated programs, also known as “bots.” This tool automatically analyzes the behavior of website visitors as soon as they interact with the website, using various information such as IP address, duration of stay, and mouse movements. The processed data includes usage data such as the visited page, date and time of access, and mouse movements, as well as communication data such as IP addresses, browser type, and operating system. This processing is directed at website visitors and users of online services. The primary purpose of this processing is to prevent abuse of our contact forms and thereby enhance security. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data recipients are Google Ireland Ltd, located at Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (https://policies.google.com/privacy), and our website hosting provider. While your personal data is processed within the EU, the retention period for the processed data is determined by Google Ireland Limited. Further information can be found in the Google reCAPTCHA privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
To protect the forms on our website (e.g., contact or registration forms), we use the Google reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited, located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether the data entered in forms is submitted by a natural person or by automated systems (so-called “bots”). reCAPTCHA automatically analyzes the behavior of website visitors as soon as they interact with the page. The analysis occurs in the background and uses various technical information, including:
IP address
Browser type and operating system
Duration of stay
Mouse movements and user actions
Date and time of access
Visited page
The processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, in order to prevent abuse of our forms and ensure the security of our website.
The data collected by reCAPTCHA may be transmitted to Google and processed there. However, the IP address is truncated within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
Google Ireland Limited acts in this context as a data processor. Further information on data processing by Google can be found in the Google privacy policy:
